There were 4 people in front of me in line when I arrived. The staff did not greet anyone, didn't say a word for at least 5 minutes. The 2 guys at the front of the line got fed up and left separately. Then the father and son in front of me ordered and I took my order. The girl at the counter was kind, but had almost zero customer service and I don't think it is her fault. The guys in the kitchen were cussing and the atmosphere in there was not good. They were angry about...

The guy at the thru says we don't have this and we don't have that. Could someone please teach him better customer service skills, like welcome to Wendy's I'll be with you in a moment or what would like to order tonight? Then maybe drop the bomb.

The food was decent, about what you would expect from a fast food place. The service was rather slow, and they hadn't had anyone check the dining room. The tables needed to be wiped off before you could sit down.
