Bad experience, had to deal with young workers. They sat on their phones and had horrible attitudes. They were very unsanitary and used their gloves to touch the trashcan and then fill up a drink with the same glove. Will never come here again.

How to say this but both times I ate at Zaxby's I got sick. One was the chicken tenders and the other was the burritos. The food is good but I got sick both times.

Went in on my S/O's lunch at 7pm on 02.02.24. There was 1 customer in the store. 4 guys on the cook line and a girl on the register and a male running drive-thru. We didn't get our food until 7:45p and the girl running the register seemed to be the only 1 who knew what was going on. She was very friendly amd polite (as she always is, even under pressure). There was also a manager that just wanted to stand around and watch the employees working. Didn't help one bit. With all the orders being placed by people in the DT and people coming in the resturant, this female kept her cool and composure and made it happen. She should have been the manager running that store! Even tho we waited 45 mins for our food, this female is the reason I will continue to return to this store.
way too much lettuce in the salads and not enough chicken . the zalad is mostly lettuce. i like everything else.

Food is good but overpriced. Promotions sent to me via email and available on website did not work. Went in to redeem and was told this Zaxbys is not associated with the Zaxbys website and they cannot honor promotions. Terrible guest experience and will not be back. Will tell my friends, family and customers about this experience as well.

Waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich combo (good and hot) and my grilled chicken salad. Just make sure your grilled chicken is cooked all the way, because mine wasn't. Disappointed that they cubed it for the salad and it was visibly not cooked all the way. Restaurant was clean and the other diners seemed like they were getting their food quickly, so hopefully this doesn't happen often.Dietary restrictions: I typically like their salads as a lighter, lower carb option.

I hardly ever get the sauce I ask for. They only ever seem to give out ranch. They should take off the other sauces since they don't like giving out anything else.
