We eat there very often because they are reliably good. But, why keep going there?? It’s because of the very sweet young people that wait on us at the front counter. They do not play around like most and they put the customer first. I feel important when I’m at Zaxby’s. I kinda feel like these are my grandchildren taking care of me.
There's a lot of kids that work here and I'm not saying that, that's a bad thing I'm just saying there's a level of professionalism missing but the atmosphere is chill and relaxing. The food is good but it makes me feel nasty after I eat I'm not say it makese sick or anything I just feel fat lol. They have desent options for chicken I'm 95% sure you'll like it. To me the food taste pretty salty idk hope this helps someone.

Waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich combo (good and hot) and my grilled chicken salad. Just make sure your grilled chicken is cooked all the way, because mine wasn't. Disappointed that they cubed it for the salad and it was visibly not cooked all the way. Restaurant was clean and the other diners seemed like they were getting their food quickly, so hopefully this doesn't happen often.Dietary restrictions: I typically like their salads as a lighter, lower carb option.
