Biscuit has a black spot which is mold. Was told that they would replace it. I asked for my money back and the management team argued with me that it wasn’t mold called me “honey” in a condescending tone. Awful service and an awful way to try and “fix” the situation. Won’t be back.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience at Bojangles
I was really let down during my last visit. The chicken biscuit tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting out for a while. What really concerned me, though, was the lack of basic food safety practices I noticed while waiting for my order. No one behind the counter wore gloves when serving food, scooping fries, or putting meals together. I also didn’t see anyone washing their hands before handling food.
It made me question how clean the kitchen area might be. I love Bojangles normally, but this location really needs to improve its hygiene and freshness standards—I won’t be coming back until it does.

This place is right down the way from our house. The weekday morning staff is the best. We usually go through the drive thru with my 2 large puppies that also love the Borounds. The order is always fresh and correct and always super fast!

I was given the wrong food not once but twice,and the people behind the counter were very rude! All except this one precious young girl that was working the drive thru window, I didn't get her name but she was the only one trying to help us. I just think with times being as hard as they are to spend your money on food, then not even get it.

I was first served a cold grilled chicken biscuit and after informing the female manager on duty and asking for a fresh biscuit she rolled her eyes and snatched the biscuit out of my hands and then proceeded to serve me an undercooked and slimy doughy biscuit, serving undercooked chicken is dangerous and a doughy slimy biscuit is disgusting, I will never buy from this particular franchise again, BEWARE the management of this establishment allows for unsafe serving practices of food stay away if you do not wish to get food poisoning and beyond terrible customer service.
