Honestly, this beats driving over an hour out into Charlotte to get some good ramen. Ordered the bombin ramen bowl and this is well worth the wait. Gyumeshi beef was probably my favorite protein there. The staff was friendly. I love all the anime that I saw there. Definitely brought back some memories of good anime episodes. Overall, my food came out great, hot/warm, flavorful, and the presentation of the food look amazing. Definitely going back for more when I need some good ramen in my system.

Our server and waitresses were great. The food, not so much. They were out of pork chasu on a Saturday, so we got grilled chicken. The pieces were not great cuts nor quality. Fatty and lack of flavor .The eggs are not seasoned but were cooked nicely, the bean sprouts and scallion/onions were missing. The broth had a decent flavor and was served hot. The bombin chili has a great flavor and medium heat to it. Plentiful parking and a short wait for seating.

Food is great and super tasty! They are always busy and always so nice. My husband and I love the atmosphere and enjoy just sitting together in this cool space. Sometimes the food takes a while to be served, but even with the delay every other aspect makes the wait ok. Highly recommend!

The food was good. But is it the best ramen I’ve had? I’d have to say no unfortunately. The main issue I had was that they were out of pork. And the only option we could get was chicken if you want beef or shrimp it was an up charge for it. We wanted pork. I got chicken and my bf got beef the chicken was just cooked tenderloin and the beef tbh was strange gritty texture. If you want good Asian soup go to Saigon garden in Conover it’s top notch

We just went there and there was a sign on the door that said it was closed from 2-4pm. Very frustrated. May be in the area again- will try again.

It was an extreme time to wait for our food amd others around us. Waitress was kind but not observant of the guests needs. My husband was left with no choice but to inquire about our missing order at the counter. Somehow our ticket didn't get sent 🙃. While waiting more a couple next to us were only given soup spoons, no chop sticks or fork to eat their egg, pork, or noodles effectively. When waitress came by my husband told her about what they needed, they still had to wait!
Once we got the food it was really pretty good but they wait time is a no go show stopper no matter how good the food is.

When you drive 30 minutes for bao buns and get there and they didn't have them, she could have told me on the phone!

This was hands down the very best bowl of Raman that I have ever had! I recommend the Bombin Raman bowl with pork! The service also made this place 5 stars! Ask for Theresa, she is the best!

Service absolutely is horrible. The waitress had a super bad attitude. She got very hateful and her remarks were uncalled for. I had to get up and go as for refills on drinks in which she finally came and brought to our table with a bad attitude. Then I had to go ask her for silverware which took her 10 minutes to bring while one plate of food got cold waiting. There were 4 of us ordering different items. They brought out one dish every 20 minutes so 1 person got theirs while everyone else waited. The food we did get was okay but nothing good enough to have been waiting like we did. 4 orders of food took over 1.5 hours to get to our table. We wanted to eat together but at the rate they brought it we couldn’t. My advice is if you want to eat hot food and eat as a family go someplace else. We will not go back.

Lovely little place and delicious ramen. It’s busy on the weekends and might take a bit longer but it’s worth the wait. You must have patience for well crafted ramen. It clearly shows in the quality and taste that the food has a lot of love. Very comforting. Can’t wait till udons back on the menu id love to try it

We waited over an hour for the appetizer which came out cold and missing part of the order, when asked we were told they were out of it. Having not yet received the entrees, we observed sanitation issues and had to leave without eating.

So the food was great.....however the service was not very good. They lost our ticket, after an hour I had to ask about our food. Sorry but if you start serving ppl food that sit down well after someone else you should wonder if something is wrong. They ran out of eggs so our dish was not complete. I asked if we could do something about the bill. The $1.40 discount on a $34 bill didn't really cut it. Sorry. Ill go back. The food was that good, just need some help in the service department.
