BWW has been a go-to for me and my family for years, we love the food. But the service at this location is horrendous and it has not been an isolated experience. Waited several minutes to be seated before anyone acknowledged us, then several minutes at the table before anyone showed up. We had been sitting at our table over 30 minutes and still did not have drinks delivered (waters and sodas, nothing complicated).
