Took forever just to take my order. Then told me to pull around the building which took even longer. I ordered a 6 piece nugget kids meal and then they forgot the chicken nuggets.

The older lady who takes your order is rude. I was just trying to decide what drink I wanted and she kept saying “what else?” The pressure made me freak out and ended up ordering a Coke when I wanted a sweet tea.

Workers are lazy and sorry as hell, they let us set at the speaker wouldn't take our order just standing in the drive through window being lazy and not doing their job,

I've just recently moved to this side of town and the three times I've been to this location have always resulted in missing items, atrocious food, and horrible service. The most recent time I downloaded and used the app hoping it would make service faster. I was wrong. It still took over 45 minutes to get my order. After waiting at the pull-up window for over 10 minutes I was finally greeted by an employee that had no idea what I had ordered and she asked me to pull around to the other side of the building. Here I waited an additional 30 minutes before finally receiving my order. I quickly checked the bag and notice my sauce is missing also the drink with my combo was not delivered. I told the associate and she said she'd be right back with my drink and sauces. I waited 20 more minutes and she never returned. I never did receive my drink or sauceand after waiting an additional 20 minutes for the associate to return I eventually left in frustration. I never received my drink with my combo and also didn't receive the sauces that are supposed to be included with the meal nor did I receive the sauces that I paid extra for. The only thing I ended up eating was half of the Bacon Melt and 6 hours later I woke up and was vomiting and sweating from what could only be food poisoning. All three visits to this location I've been really bad for various reasons but this is my worst fast food experience ever.

Oh my goodness. I do NOT recommend this Burger King to anyone. Corporate really needs to see what is going on with these guys. The food was so cold. Tomatoes were mush. Buns were so hard. Burger patty was so rubbery. Thankfully, the guys working were very polite and nice, tho. I can say that, but it absolutely was the only thing, even remotely good about this place. I'm truly disappointed. Can't say I'll ever even try to give them another chance. I hope things get better for you guys.

Currently waiting 20 minutes on a mobile order. This place is pulling everyone around to wait to keep their clock average down. Ran by a bunch of liars.
