Love this place, wish it was closer because we would eat here more often! I know it’s not for everyone but the Oven Sushi Rolls are some of my favorite. The one pictured is the Panther (tin foil) and the other is the Justin roll.
I wish I could remember the name of my waitress this evening. It was honestly probably the best service I have ever had! I know they’re short staffed, but she went above and beyond. The food was amazing as always, large portions and well worth the price. This is my go-to spot in Hickory when I crave hibachi.

My guest and I drove about an hour from S Burke county to try this eatery. It was a refreshing change to eat at Sakura. All of the food was delicious and FRESH! The sushi rolls were packed with yumminess and included sauces, ginger and tasty wasabi. The hibachi filet was cooked to order, tender and delicious. A box was needed for the food I could not finish.
