My guest and I drove about an hour from S Burke county to try this eatery. It was a refreshing change to eat at Sakura. All of the food was delicious and FRESH! The sushi rolls were packed with yumminess and included sauces, ginger and tasty wasabi. The hibachi filet was cooked to order, tender and delicious. A box was needed for the food I could not finish. The staff were informed and very helpful. Prices are between $10-20 but we had a few appetizers, several dishes, drinks (non alcoholic) and our bill was around $ 100 but you could easily eat for much less. My guest had the same experience and we both will be back with friends!Vegetarian options: I had veggie sushi and you can create your own rolls. I added cream cheese for an extra treat.
Our server was nice polite and very respectful but those who enjoy sushi and eat often or like Japanese food this is far from that , this is a slap to Japanese culinary art and cuisine, worst food ever , portions are too small for the price especially for common rolls this is no exotic dishes like other places so the pricing is absurd for sure, i know some places r outdated and you cant assume the food will be terrible but no disrespect to those older generations who only experience for taste of sushi has been this place but be assure this is the bottom of the barrel , borderline of Hispanic taste which this two dont mix at all . Terrible food by far since we got NC. Do not go if you know about good sushi , this is a scam more of a Express asian food.hint when the menu is 9 pages not gonna be good at all.NoT good at all eat at your own risk.

Love this place, wish it was closer because we would eat here more often! I know it’s not for everyone but the Oven Sushi Rolls are some of my favorite. The one pictured is the Panther (tin foil) and the other is the Justin roll.
