have been going for 25 years. they charged my debit card twice. went and spoke to OWNER, he refused to do anything, was not friendly at all and seemed to careless. I even showed him on my account where they took out twice. Not to mention the food was awful that nite. Huge chicken chunks that I didn't even eat. If this is how you do loyal customers, I will not be back.
My family of 3 was seated with another family of 5 last night. Our chef was at our table for two minutes before another staff came over and said that he had been requested at another table. Rather than making the other table wait or switching out chefs, he rushed through. There was zero interaction with anyone at our table. After many years (25) of supporting Kobe’s of Hickory, last nights meal and service was the likely the last time. This use to be a regular in our restaurant rotation including many birthday and special celebrations. The last few times we’ve been, the chef has been sub-par, unable to cook the food to proper temperature, tough fillet, and absolutely no show.
