I love Cafe Gouda, and I think their food is delish, but today, the table was sticky, they were out of tea, I asked for a to-go cup for my drink and was told no as they were running low (even though several dine-in customers who came after me had plastic to go cups), and they said they were out of the sandwich loyalty punch cards (which is a feature of the restaurant...

I want to start by saying the service here was great, everyone was really kind. Food came out in timely manner and was completely accurate. The coffees were good and I love that they don’t charge extra for substitutes. However, I won’t be coming back for the food. Out of the 4 items we got, a Reuben, a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, and “fruit salad” nothing had any flavor. The Reuben had no sauce and was dry. The breakfast sandwich had an overcooked egg and the bread...

Only a 4 star for the food. The omelette was not worth the price, very mediocre. The banana muffin tho… it was great. I’ll try something else next time and I hope for it to be better.
