Cobb salad wasn't good, the lettuce was rotten. I complained and a young guy approached asking if I wanted a refund or a new one, I answered, I still needed, I wanted a new one. After a few minutes, he came back asking me to check it and if I was okay with that new one. Seriously? I was expecting he checked what he was delivering to correct the issue. Well, the second salad was not good either. We noticed someone else was returning their salad too. Bad experience.

Always accurate, fresh, hot, and delicious! Not a long wait. I ordered it on the app and chose to pickup in store. They had everything ready when I arrived. And all requested condiments and sauces, plastic ware, napkins, straws, everything we needed ready in bag as well. I never have anything to complain about from here.Kid-friendliness: I love that they have a play area for the kids. Also, I love that they offer and have available the sticky/disposable/placemats for the tables for kids. Really stands out from any other place.
Service is excellent every time I visit. I did want to offer a note - sometimes I get a perfectly-baked biscuit while other times it is overcooked. Hopefully closer attention can be paid to baking times. I love the CFA biscuit!
Definitely the worst location I've been to. I often go out of my way to the one on 70 due to poor service, long wait, and raw food. Twice I've gotten a sandwich and it's been raw. You can no longer request well done either. This location needs better management.

This was a pickup. Forgot our sauces for nuggets and dressing for salads and dressing for wrap. Had to park and go inside to get all sauces and dressings. Didn't even apologize for mistake.
