Backstreets Bar & Grill is a top-notch restaurant with excellent service. The steak and filet mignon were perfect, earning it a five-star food rating. Customers love the delicious Egg salad BLT, especially the southern-style egg salad without pickles. Some have expressed disappointment about the reduced portion size of the Tuna appetizer, which used to be great for sharing.
