We have really enjoyed Cookout foods from the Conover location for years. We bought lunch today at the Hickory location and was disappointed. The hamburgers were pink inside and the hushpuppies were almost burnt. I hope management reads this and helps the new employees improve the quality.
We just stopped in here while passing through recently and really enjoyed getting a Cook Out burger. We don’t have any where we live now so it was awesome to be able to get a burger while visiting. No place does burgers like Cook Out. We found the staff very friendly and the inside was pretty clean. It is great to see the newer locations more often have dining areas now which is great.
Food is great! One of the ONLY places that gets my unsweet tea order correct every single time! Staff is super friendly. My only complaint has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but the idiots who don’t understand the concept of a double drive-thru. STOP BLOCKING THE STRAIGHT LANE.
