Food was good. Little greasy as expected. Only real complaint is how they do things for the drive thru. No one else at screens or window when we ordered/paid, but that’s because they put a sticker on your mirror and you have pull up past the window to park and wait on them to bring it out. Once you pay, there’s 3 lanes. 2 outer lanes to park and wait and a middle for leaving. We sat there for almost 30 mins waiting on 2 plain burger combos. Some people that were there before...

It’s always good, but this past time I went I got food poisoning from the mushroom Swiss burger. I was so sick!! And I know it was from this because it was the only thing I ate that day coming back from my trip! We always enjoy Culver’s but this definitely stumped me from coming back for a while.

The food was great and the staff was friendly and attentive.
I've dined at their locations in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Arizona over the years. Love the "butter burgers," cheese curds, and the walleye fish dinner.
This was my 1st time visiting the Hickory location.

Kid-friendliness: It's family oriented, so kids are always welcome.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are very handicapped accessible.
