Domino’s will always be my go-to place to eat flavorful and puffy pizza everytime. When I walked in, I was greeted like family making my experience much more personal. I was directed to come to the register, where I ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni and a People’s Deluxe Pizza. Then, I came to sit down, in such a luxurious atmosphere with greatly designed furniture. I wasn’t asked to add sauces to my order, but I’m totally fine without them. The pizza is great by itself, and I hope this Domino’s continues to provide me with this luxurious experience.

I have been a customer at this Dominos location since 2016, and my past experiences were positive. However, I will no longer be ordering from here because they have removed mild wings from their menu. The mild wings were the biggest reason I ordered Dominos at all, as they reminded me of the mild wings that used to come from Pizza Hut before Pizza Hut switched to Wingstreet.

I hope Dominos' decision was worth it to them, because they just lost themselves a loyal customer over this. I will be ordering Pizza Hut instead, as their pizza is far better than Dominos Pizza anyway.

This is my default pizza spot in Hickory since it's so close to me, and i wanted to write about a positive experience I had tonight.

Seems that someone else took my order tonight on accident, and the team handled it very professionally, offering an extra item due to the accident. Once i received my food, all was well and the pizza was delicious as always.

I would like to also offer some advice to the team, that some extra transparency would go a long way in future situations like this. Telling customers like me straight up and quickly what happened, would help me feel at ease about situations. But overall, I appreciate how everything was handled and will continue ordering from this location going forward.

I live around the corner from what they call a bad area. they stereotype even tho I'm in a house and I'm not in the hood because I'm close to the hood they won't deliver to me. I think this is despicable

Extremely terrible experience. Ordered a pie from the app, when I got there to pick it up, the app said it was ready, so I go in to pick it up. When I give my name, the person working there looks and looks, asks another employee and they say it's not ready yet. I tell them the app says it's ready, they say, oh that thing is never right. It should be up soon. I wait and wait, I check the screen in the store and I don't see my name, so I ask again. They once again say it should be soon.
I finally had enough and ask a third time and someone else gets involved and still no pie. So, they have not even started on it and this is 15 to 20 minutes after the app said it was ready. I ask to cancel my order at this point. No one seems to know how....wow. I ask for a copy of the cancelled order so that I can make sure I am not charged.....and again, no one knows how to give me anything.
I finally ask for a phone number so that I can call about my experience and they fumble around like they don't know what number to give me. Unbelievable. It's not until I ask for the phone number and I am walking out that someone finally says, sorry. That's it. No, we can fix this, we will get your pie made.....nothing.
I will not be back to this location any time soon.

Some how the app order i made got really messed up when I was paying with gift card and debit card it ended up just giving me a cheese pizza not what I ordered may have been user error but Jessica fixed it all up for me thanks and the remake was awesome you guys rock

Ordered pizza from Domino's 127 in Viewmont today 9/25. Placed order at 5:05pm, Was told my pizza was on its way at 5:50pm and received pizza at 6:20pm cold. Will never order from here again.

The customer service in store is not bad. However I ordered Saturday they messed my pizza up. Someone told me to come in and get it remade have my receipt and the manager just ignores people orders being wrong. I can understand people getting over but if you have a receipt you cant be mad at the customers when we are spending money and they cant fix it. Smh
