What a joke anymore! The last 2 deliveries time were awful. 1st time it went to my neighbors and we had to call them and get it back, after almost an hour of trying to find our order and them telling us on the phone they will replace our order but it will be 2 to 3 hours. And now this time, they delivered our order to the wrong house again, went back to the store and “fixed” the issue and I called and they said it will be delivered shortly and fresh. I ordered a pizza via your ONLINE system. FORTY FIVE MINUTES later, I get a phone call from the Springs Road Hickory store saying they didn't know why the order was directed to their store, but it was 2 miles out of their district and could not deliver. THIS WAS NOT MY PROBLEM.... he wanted me to cancel the order, and call in a new order to another store (Mountain View, Hickory)… why did THEY not do this?
