Manager Adam is exceptional at his job and customer service and always takes could have me in a timely fashion and makes sure the food /order is perfect every time . And my children love seeing him bc he is such a friendly person and he makes sure they get the best looking donuts ever is what my 4 year old wanted to say as well Saturday April 19 around 530 great service will always come back Adam takes care of his customers very well . Store looked amazing and order was completed very fast and quickly .

Sat in the drive thru for over 25 minutes waiting to be helped. There was one car ahead of me and due to the inconvenient lay out of the drivethru there was no way for me to exit the line. Always slow service. I never complain but this was absurd.

I came here in the morning and always have a great experience with the Hispanic girl that is normally there. I came this morning and the girl at the window was extremely rude at the speaker and proceeded to help the entire line of people at the counter in retaliation to my response. Overall I am very unimpressed with today’s experience and will be driving the complete opposite direction to go to Starbucks now.

Used to love this place before they hired new employees. I used to come here every morning before work for the past 3 years and was always greeted politely. Needless to say, these new workers are doing a terrible job. They messed up my drink twice and gave me an attitude when I call them out. I worked in the food industry myself for over a decade and I understand things happen. However, the employee clearly repeated the order back to me but still ended up making it wrong.. twice..? Honestly I can forgive about the drink situation, it happens to all food services. What I am so disgusted and disappointed about is how rude these new employees are. At least, apologize. Even a 4 year old child knows this. Will never be coming back. There's other DD in Hickory area that is worth driving to, and provides way better service than these rude people.
They have the best coffee in town actually they have the best coffee in the state. The place is very clean and customer service is great. I would recommend it to anyone.

Punched out at work for morning break to go grab a breakfast croissant and decided dunkin donuts on springs rd bec its close by... got my food, arrived back to work only to find a burnt croissant in my bag! I only get a ten minute break so I couldn't turn back around to exchange it for a non burnt one... needless to say I wasted my break..and money bec I had to throw it away :(
