Friendly staff, atmosphere was clean, food was great, coffee was great. If looking for a croissant or donuts its hit and miss. If donuts and croissants were more readily available, would change to 5 stars.If in the area and in the mood for Duncan, I would recommend giving them a try.

I was there 2 morning ago and ordered a cappuccino with mocha. I'm a big fan with Exxon cap but they wasn't open yet. Dunkin donuts served me the nastiest and tasted like it hadn't been cleaned coffee nvr again will I get anything from

The review by CiCi is straight on. There were 2 people in front of me but it seemed employee name Destiny was more interested in socializing with her coworker then helping customers. Had 2 repeat our orders more than once. As busy as Hickory's Dunkin is they smile friendly & want to help. Hopefully someone will take the time to train emplyees about customer service.

There was a tiny mistake with my order one morning, but when I went back after work & TALKED to them (because they're people), they were more than happy to explain what probably happened in the confusion of the busy morning with a NEW employee. They were more than willing to fix it, happy to refund the transaction, & give me a new coffee. None of it was necessary, I just wanted to see if ingredients had changed, which happens, but they were amazing. Absolutely loved them.
Great service!!!! Only Dunkin I have found that has Sour cream Munchkins. If you have not had a sour cream munchkin, you should try them. Hands down the best munchkin. Not the same as a sour cream donut.

1st time I've been to this particular Dunkin. The line in the drive thru was pretty long, but went fast and the employee at the window was nice and quick.
needs to be cleaned… shelves have crumbs, labels upside down , glass dirty .. counters dirty !!!

This location is so unpredictable. I always my drink exactly the same (med caramel iced coffee, cream+liquid sugar) and it's rarely the same. Sometimes it's super light, or super dark. Sometimes it's waaayyy too sweet, other times it's like they didn't put sugar in at all.Today takes the cake - they were out of iced coffee. AKA too lazy to make another batch. They're always on their phones instead of doing their job.
