Ordered the spicy dill hook n ladder, got home and realized there was no meat or cheese. Went back and as politely as I could informed the crew of the mistake. They were more than happy to re make my sandwich and unexpectedly offered me a refund. 100% recommend them, truly awesome sammiches from great people!

Delicious!! The valley hills mall location never disappoints!! I'll go out of my way to come to this store because I know.my order will be made right and taste good every time!!

Not great today. Out of most of the chips. Drinks were off(almost bitter). Store was dirty. Sandwich was great. But not a good dinein experience. It will be a while before I try it again.
