Said we were there to her play, we went to the bar to sit and was told those were seats were reserved.They offered no other accommodations to hear the singer , Lost a customer !!! Felt like our patronage was not welcome!

Awesome food, well prepared and even better served. We tried variety of cuisines with many vegetarian options, like Yuca fries, Mediterranean Trilogy, Mushroom Risotto, and everything was delicious. The dessert topped it all. We had stopped by on our way to Asheville based on a friend’s recommendation, and we are so glad that we did. Highly recommend this gem in Hickory.

When we made the reservations, I found that there was a section where you could say why you were going to have dinner at Fourk. I commented that it was our 60th wedding anniversary. When we arrived for our reservations, we were immediately escorted to our table and seated. The waitress took our drink order and left. I looked at the end of the table and saw a card there that said "Happy Anniversary". I opened the envelope and there was a card with writing that said, we wish you a happiest 60th wedding anniversary! The appetizer Ahi and avocado tasted great and the presentation was very surprisingly good. Our meal of Scallops was superb! And the Blackberry Wine cake was out of this world. Thank you to Fourk and its employees for great anniversary dinner.

This place was amazing! We sat on the patio and ordered the turkey meatball appetizers for our pup, enjoyed the Fourk Chop and Lamb Chops- nicely accessorized with sides (included in the price of the main course). Service was top notch. I had a fabulous espresso martini to top off the evening while hubby had the apple dumplings a la mode. Highly recommend Fourk if you are passing through Hickory, NC!

Over a decade ago I had a mahi mahi sandwich in Gulf Shores, AL that was so good I still think about it sometimes. Yesterday at Fourk they made me a mahi sandwich that took the top spot for best fish sandwich I've ever had. It was very good. The server warned me that the sweet potato fries were gonna be the best I've ever had and he was right. In addition we got the brie appetizer which was simply amazing. Maybe the best part of the meal which is really saying something given the quality of everything else. This place is fantastic! Everyone should go.

This is our second year in a row to stop by this sweet spot while in Hickory. The ahi and avocado appetizer along with the seafood melange were absolutely perfect. Jamie and Julian do a great job behind the bar tending to us. I am only sad to not be local to enjoy this gem on a regular basis.

My wife and I were just passing through the area and stumbled on this place. Great service, food and atmosphere. I actually forgot my credit card there and didn’t realize it until almost 24 hours later. I called them and they said they had it .. what a relief! That’s honesty 😊

Food was good. Service was good but we only had one waiter for 22 people. Definitely needed 2 because it took FOREVER to order, get our food, get our check, etc. they also don’t have a good space for large parties. We were crammed between several small parties and I really felt bad for the people who looked like they were on a date or just trying to have a quiet dinner. We should have been in a separate room. Would not recommend for large parties.

Living in NC for two years, I have heard the hype on Fourk. Great food and one of the top restaurants. We finally visited for a birthday dinner. Restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance is great. There was live music on a Thursday night to set the mood. The service was good. The waitstaff was happy and the mood was positive. The disappointing part was the inconsistency of the food. The baked Brie was fabulous so full of flavor. The ginger and carrot soup was lackluster. The filet with the blue cheese crust melted in your mouth but the grilled asparagus tasted burnt. We saved room for dessert and the blackberry wine cake was marvelous but the apple dumplings were mushy and just awful. I expected a flaky warm apple dumpling with ice cream and it was warm flavorless mush. Fourk is a lovely dining experience which needs to improve on its food consistency. Enjoy.

Been here twice now with my spouse. We have had two seafood, one steak, and a pork chop. Both times had cocktails and desserts. Have thoroughly enjoyed each element of the meal and experience. It has quickly become our favorite place for a high quality dining experience.

Two of our 4 adults order soup. Came with ice still in soup. Salmon and steak tasted good but with cold soup ruined our dinner. We don’t send anything back nor did we mention. First time but may give it another try.

The food was absolutely delicious. Even though I ordered a well-done steak, it was still juicy and full of flavor. The presentation of the food was so beautiful that I almost didn't want to take a bite. The potatoes were out of this world. The waiter was the best I've ever had; my water glass was always full, and he was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. You definitely need to book a date night here—you won't regret it!

Great set menu for Valentines Day! The Filet, lobster & Sea Bass were cooked perfectly. Fun themed drink menu and desserts were great. Our server Jocelyn was very attentive & friendly.
