I have a family full of people who have autism. We went to one place while shopping in Hickory and we turned around and left due to the noise and rude staff. Lucky for us, Granny's was not too far away and Kiya was there to serve us the best chicken we've had in a long time with a smile! I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who wants a delicious and peaceful meal at good prices, with large portions, and exceptional service. We now know where to go when we shop in Hickory!
I have ate breakfast there twice now. Both times the food has been really good, the restaurant has been clean, and the service was good too. I look forward to eating there again soon.

Open early, which is great for me (6am), and service is fast with a smile. Sweet tea is about perfect, and even though the food comes out really fast, it's really fresh and hot. This omelet and hashbrowns could feed 2 people, half came home with me and was just as good a couple hours later.
