Central served us a few nights ago and did absolutely amazing taking care of us. he has the best personality being in this industry and should definitely be noticed for how he treats his customers. our food was backwards and he jumped on it, getting our food corrected. the food is also amazing. absolutely best steak and cheese sandwich I can find.

I had a nice evening the young lady that started out as a bartender done a great job the gentleman that took over for her done a great job I had chicken wings with some spicy Asian dip at was delicious I shall be back a nice look forward to trying another they have a very nice menu

After a long stressful day in Charlotte My Fiance and I stopped in to grab a bite to eat. Waiter was on point! Central you had us laughing even on the car ride home. You were phenomenal taking our minds off the stress. Food was great, service was amazing! All your servers should be trained by Central! Loved the extra lighting in the restaurant.

I've ate at Ham's several times, the ambience is splendid! The Reuben and chips are unforgettable!
I had a turkey Ruben with sweet potato fries and it was delicious. The only negative thing was the cleanliness of the restaurant itself; there was food on the floor, and the tables seemed to have a permanent grease film on them. I would try it again in the future, maybe it was just an off day in the front of the house, but the kitchen staff did great!

Ham's is a comfortable and casual place for an easy and tasty lunch or dinner. Thursday's sandwich special is the Reuben, which is always good. Get their house made pub chips and dip with it and you can't go wrong.

It mostly good the main reason was ok they are playing C game sometimes a B game at times but it's time they get on their A game. It's a fact that restaurants who play on the A team are successful have lots of repeat customers I don't see me going back any time soon but it's not off my list yet It seems to be missing a front end manager in the dinning room so there is no one to direct the service for the evening there were no host or hostesses it was more like hey are you eating here I mean I did walk in the door of what could could have been an even better experience also when a restaurant plays an the A team and had an A team staff I also leave better tips please remember tipping is optional and is to insure promptness and good service my last visit was a discombobulated plethera of different people waiting on me it was by no means terrible but does need improvement
