I'm giving yall a one star Cause on you app and your Google it says yall are open at 10 am then when you call to place an order you get a rude guy that tells you there not open if that's the way it is. I received the best service from the two workers tonight. They made me wanna return just to see them again. The lady asked about my preferences while I was waiting for my pizza since I arrived early. And they joked around with me about my order since it was a little crazy. Will definitely be coming back.

Updated 3 years later, I don't know what happened here but if you order a sub online and there is no options for lettuce, tomatoes etc.. then you would assume its already on the sandwich right? Nope there's no option I saw to add it so I assumed it came with it automatically but it doesn't and I got the wrong sandwich and was told they made the right one when I'm literally looking at what I got. For $17.10 2 sandwiches, it better come with more than just a little bit of meat. I Guess I won't be back.

Stop by this location probably about once a month to get a pizza. On my way home when I have a late meeting. I call up 15 minutes before I figure I’m gonna arrive there and it’s always there ready and hot.

Food was undercooked an I got pepperoni an cheese an it did not even have peppornis on it the place was very unfriendly an cause I went in there at closing time an I tried to convers with the employee an they were very old an mad at me cause I come in there at closing time an I am very hungry I payed 10 12 for the pizza an it just turned my stomach so I guess I will just go to bed hungry an not only that the pizza was so sloppy it horrible I will never go here again

Don’t get me wrong. The food is always good. But I ate here yesterday & after eating in there & watching them make the pizza it really bothered me that they don’t wear gloves. I just always thought with working with any food you have to wear gloves. I just feel like no one’s hands can be that clean.

We have not eaten here in a while and now I know why. Pizza was terrible. Used to be sooo much better. Crust was burnt not even homemade ranch helped. Would NOT recommend the one in hickory

Ordered carry out and they charged my card. Got there and the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. They don’t close until 10pm. My order was at 9:20 and was there by 9:30. I guess employees decided to say screw it and go home early. Another local business down the drain.Vegetarian options: Need to offer more veggies.

Food is great--can't say the same about the service. They close whenever the hell they feel like closing. I work evening/night shifts, options are limited because of that in itself and it's really frustrating to look-up the posted opening/closing hours for a restaurant and plan on calling that in to pick up, only to realize they've closed 2hrs earlier than what it states online.
The pizzas were okay. We've ate at multiple hungry Howies over the years and I have had better. The pizza had to be remade because of an issue with the mobile app. When I first walked into the store, there was no one inside at all. After staff reappeared though, they were very nice and accommodating.

Ordered pizza for delivery, estimated time was 40 minutes. Tracker said pizza was delivered and it wasn't. Called the shop and they said the tracker was incorrect, delivery was still on its way. Over an hour after my order was submitted my pizza was delivered and it was no longer hot. Very disappointed!
