When we arrived to pickup our order that we placed online, the employee wasn’t making the order but sitting at the table with her vape and what appeared to be a marijuana pen. My husband told the employee that we had an order, then she got up and looked at the ticket and started to make it. My husband ordered from here last night. When his food was delivered, everything reeked of marijuana. There were even ashes on his drink lid. The sad thing is, this happened to us earlier this year. I made two corporate complaints and never heard anything. When it happened the first time, my husband called the store and whoever answered said they would notify their manager. So today I went to pick up lunch after a doctors appointment. I get there and there’s a sign on the door that says web orders only. We’ve had that happen before, so that usually means they’re short staffed, which I totally understand. So I go back to my car. I place the order online. I wait 15 minutes and then I go inside to pick up my sandwiches. My order isn’t ready yet which isn’t a big deal. They were working on it when I walked in.
