The GM at Smoothie King was wonderful! We were not aware that they had new hours and were closing at 6. We pulled up right at 6 and she let us order. She also gave us a little extra smoothie, which was a nice treat!
Forced to use drive-thru bc the door was locked! Waited for 20minutes in the drive-thru and then they gave me a dirty straw. 🤢 Gross. Throwing the straw and smoothie in the trash and NEVER GOING BACK!

If they could actually find help that would show up and open up the store in time I’d be a daily regular customer this is the third time nobody’s here this place is closed it’s now 10 AM several cars drove off even though Bing Google Yahoo and their sign says they open at 9 AM on a Saturday it’s now 10 AM and nobody’s here lost of revenue poor location the store should be up on 70 they would maximize the revenue
