Low quality customer service, employees on shift didn’t know how to operate the register. Smoothie tastes like frozen flavored water.

Order went through online to pick up Saturday, Sept 16 at 8:30 a.m. Payment went through because they open at 8:00 a.m. Nobody is there for me to pick up a PAID order. If your staff isn't going to be at work, the manager or franchise owner needs to shut the app down.

I FINALLY convinced my husband to try an açaí bowl. We rushed there to arrive at 8:40pm. 20 minutes before closing. Only to be told that you don’t serve bowels “that late”. The parking lot and drive through were empty. No customers. So we left and went to the packed Chick-Fil-A whose full menu was available. When I do get to try a bowl, I will go to Palm Berry just around the corner. We would have been customers for life if we had gotten what we wanted and it was good. If this is a real policy, it should be listed on the menu board. If it’s not a policy, shame on your employees.

Waited 20 minutes for a to go order. They did not start my order ever. Everyone who walked in after me and came to the drive thru after me got their orders, but did I get any service? Of course not. This always happens here and the service is below 1 star and the employees suck and have terrible attitudes. Will never visit again after the disrespect here today

Got my first açai bowl fromSmoothie king. They haven't figured this out yet. I called and they said they need to get more training. They do. They blended the açai into soup.

Waited 15 minutes for a smoothie and a bowl. Got wrong smoothie and no bowl. Asked for a refund on the bowl and nobody knew how to do it. Just walked out

Slowest SK ever, why even have online ordering and curbside if you don’t make until I get there and you have a drive thru only policy. Waited 30 mins for my order. Never coming back!

Spent a half hour for them to act as if they can’t take our order with three people behind us waiting to order to. Poor work ethics, not good employees. Definitely losing out on money there.
