I'm only giving it 2 stars because the people behind the counter making my food actually seemed like they cared a little, but the 2 lazy people that wasnt doing anything except sitting there definitely didn't and wouldn't care, this place sucks now, its horrible, its dirty, the workers suck and don't care, and my sandwich wasnt even made right, it was missing the peppers and the onions, and i think the vinegar too, but at least it tasted fine, but nobody should come here

Ordered 2 weeks ago for delivery, was never contacted to let me know that they were unable to deliver. Called after an hour, they informed us they were out of mostly everything we ordered but settled and asked for the subs to be prepared and we would come in and grab it. My husband arrives, they never made the subs and ran out of even more ingredients including all meats. Ordered again last week, called me fortunately & informed me they were out of bread. I just give up on this place honestly, and I would run out of space if I were to explain how terrible customer service is there. Just be prepared if you order from them, they probably are out!

This place is horrible. I have ordered here 10 times and at best they fulfilled my order 2 times correctly. Its common when they are out of stock of items which is not their fault.Today I ordered 2 items, the pasta had come in a drink cup....... who does that2 the sandwich the seal was broken so i did not eat thisI gave my feedback on the customer survey and the apologize was nice..... HOWEVER they got my name wrong. This apology is not sincere, they are just copying and pasting the same apology to every complaint.If a store is short staffed, I would close it and open back up once it is staffed or at least tell customers orders would be late. I am 5mins from the store and the order took about 30mins to arrive.Jimmy Johns prides itself on service and I do not see it at this store.

They are never open when they are suppose to be open. They close in the middle of the day for no reason.When they are open, they are always out of basic things… how can a sandwich shop be out of bread… all the time.

This is the second time I've had issues with this jimmy john's and getting my food. And whoever the woman was that put me on hold for 15 minutes just to tell me they didn't know where the delivery driver was or if I could even get my food tonight after waiting for it for over an hour. 0/10 don't waste your time, money, mental stability dealing with these people or this place.

There’s not much more to say than what’s already been said in all other reviews, but several months ago, this definitely became the worst managed restaurant I’ve ever seen. Constantly out of things that don’t even make sense to be out of (napkins, cups, drinks, etc.).Today, the previous night shift didn’t prep any bread (according to the day shift) so they couldn’t take any phone orders (online orders disabled). My daughter loves Jimmy John’s so I was going to take her despite all the issues I’ve had with this location.Every single time I went here for 3+ months, they were out of something random, wouldn’t start on my online orders because they were out of 1 of the meats, and refused to substitute anything. Just a terribly owned and operated business.Fortunately, a Firehouse Subs opened a couple hundred feet away and get my business now.

Hickory Law

We ordered a Catering Party Box on 2/21/24. They failed to call or deliver our order. After 20 minutes late and not being able to get anyone to answer the phone, we had to send staff to pick up.Sandwiches were bagged and not in the normal half sandwich catering party box. Sadly we paid online and tipped for delivery service we did not receive. (They use to be freaky fast, but currently-service is so bad we do not plan to order in the future.)

I’ve been 3 times the last month and every time they’ve been out of turkey and/or bacon. Also the drink fountain is constantly down. This used to be my favorite sandwich shop, but this place looks like it’s on its way to closing soon.

Apparently they close at 6:30pm on Sunday’s instead of 10pm like the hours listed on their door. The guy working just canceled my order without calling me to inform me they closed early so i wasted 20 minutes driving just to walk in and the dude tell you they’re closed. Also giving me a receipt that shows he canceled my order but no proof of refunding my money.
