Palm Berries makes some really good açaí bowls—always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I’ve really enjoyed trying their different combinations, and the quality has been consistently great.
That said, I’ve been a bit frustrated lately. The last two times I placed an order, I paid for extra toppings, but they weren’t included. It’s disappointing when you look forward to something specific and it’s missing—especially when you’ve paid extra for it. I hope this is just an oversight and not a pattern.
Still a great spot overall, and I’ll likely be back—I just hope future orders come complete!

Our organization recently placed large orders (8-10 bowls) on two separate occasions. The bowls are delicious with generous portions. I have witnessed Tiffany and her staff during a crazy busy time of day and during a slower paced time. They operate with accuracy and kindness. It is obvious that the customer experience is important to them.
