I absolutely love the delicious açaí bowls at Palm Berries! What is funny is that I have been to this location and the one in Boone and at this location, you get a lot more bang for your buck. The employees here are very generous with the toppings, which is awesome! I have always received great service from them as well. Palm Berries is the best!

No issues with food, service is “lazy” . The girl upfront seemed like she didn’t want to be there. It would be more welcoming if the individuals working had a smile upon greeting atleast. Need more energy.

I ordered a custom bowl and I received a generous amount & they listen to special requests (such as extra toppings). Shoutout to whoever made my bowl I wish you all the blessings, happiness, and peace in your lifetime & beyond because it is the most beautiful bowl I have ever received. I love this location and will definitely return!!! They also have a drive thru for convenience.

I had my first visit here on July 18, 2024, and it was wonderful! There isn't any way to compare this to anything I've had before. The layering of healthy fruits, berries, and seeds was amazing, and every bite was just delicious! I am counting on returning very soon, sooner if possible. If you are wondering about Palm Berries, then I encourage you to visit but check out the online menu first, then hurry on down. If you have dietary restrictions then definitely review the menu.

The food is excellent but the staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. I don’t think I’ve been there when the staff was welcoming or nice. They lie and give excuses for ignoring customers and not having food prepared 20+ minutes post order.
