The drinks were great, but the staff treated me like I was an alien for not knowing what to order. Not everyone is a regular. Treat folks like they are new to your place and guide them. Show them why they should be regulars. Guide them in drink selections if you can.

First time at palm berries and will be my last. I went to what is labeled drive thru. Lady asked for my name but I told her I didn’t have an order that I was trying to place one. She then proceeded to tell me that I could either come into the store and order or tried talking me on how to do it online. I ended up order just my boyfriend food as I was going to ask for recommendations since I had never been there before but because it was raining and I didn’t want to drag my 3 year old and my screaming newborn in so I just decided to order online for just him. Placed the order and went back though the drive thru and as the lady was handing me my order she dropped the whole bag on the wet ground. She picked The bag up off the ground and then just handed it to me. Didn’t want to cause a big scene about it with my kiddos in the car but with it falling in the ground and just handing it to me was not ok.

4 stars because in my honest opinion, it would be much cheaper to make all this at home. It’s pretty pricey for the sizes (we got the snack size). I get it’s healthy but no reason to bump up prices on healthy foods. Overall it still hit the spot and I recommend it for the people who might not have time to make it themselves!Parking: They have a small paved parking lot behind the building but off to the side there’s a dirt parking lot.

The only reason I give the food a 4/5 is because I regard a 5 star rating as superb. I love visiting Palm Berries. I almost always order a custom acai bowl there (snack size because that's plenty for me). The customer service has always been very good when I've been there. I love that they have outdoor seating, too.Dietary restrictions: Once I went when I was doing a health/fitness challenge and was tracking my macros. The staff were able to provide me with a helpful menu that had all of the nutritional data for their food, which was great.

Options were good but I have to say Garden Juice Lab in Newton/Maiden is much better and portion is larger. Pricing is also more at Palm Berries.....
