Not enough help to get the food out quickly and not the most friendly.Seems either understaffed and stressed, or just like they don’t care. Sandwich tasted good, I’ll say that. Just not what I’d expect of Panera.Edit: out of coffee, not just light & dark but decaf and half and half too.

Sandwich was smashed completely flat when I received it from the drive through. There was hardly any meat, half of what I ate was bread and melted cheese. For $14 I expected more than 1 thin layer of meat half the width of the roll.

Got unlimited sip club and was excited to try it, go to the drive through and waited 15 minutes at the speaker with no service at all (yes they were open). I had places to be and had to just end up driving away with no drink. Guess I’ll be cancelling.. the whole point is convenience.

Im sick and am willing to pay a small fortune for some soup. Oh look - Panera has an offer for $1 soup with an entree if you use the app. I download the app, I try the promo. Nope. Because why should anything work like it’s supposed to huh?Thanks Panera.

We stopped at Panera on our 5 hr drive to see family for Xmas. We are eating only a whole food plant based diet. Panera is one of the few reliable restaurants where we can get that type of food. My wife and I both ordered Mediterranean bowls with no cheese or tzatziki sauce and specified extra hummus instead of the cheese. We enjoyed our lunches with their lemonade and half unsweetened tea. Delicious. The only issue is you cannot order this using their automated ordering app in the store. They need to give people an option to customize an order.Vegetarian options: Mediterranean wrap or bowl and their vegan squash soupDietary restrictions: Whole food plant based no meat, or dairy or eggs.
