The food is absolutely delicious! I wish I lived closer to go more often. Ive had the Uncle John's BBQ sandwich which is smokey, savory BBQ topped with tangy pickles and yummy slaw. And the Hawaiian bowl is filling and has a wonderful combination of flavors. I cannot wait to go back for more. I really hope they thrive in Hickory.
This is my absolute favorite place to eat in Hickory! Perfect portions, always super fresh, and the owner is one of the kindest people!! If you haven’t tried you’re seriously missing out.
Plant Based Boss is a staple to the Hickory community! I go frequently with a vegetarian friend (I’m a non-vegetarian/vegan but enjoy the cuisine) and we almost always get the Olmec Bowl together, sit down, and catch up on months of news for one another. The owners are always pleasant and recommend the best food on their menu. I can’t wait to go every time I do and always leave feeling full. Already looking forward to my next visit 😁
