extremely disappointed with the service I received! When I arrived to order, I was initially greeted, but things took a turn when I asked about grilled tenders. The staff completely ignored me, leaving me sitting there for 5 minutes, wondering if anyone was even attending to the drive-thru. It was frustrating and rude. I've heard rumors that this location might be closing down, and honestly, I think that's a good thing. The lack of customer service was unacceptable.

This popeyes is notorious for not having doordash orders ready

Visited the Hickory Restaurant just after 10am...they open at 10. Automated recording asked us to place our order. No employee ever verified our order or appeared at the drive thru window. We respctfilly waited in case they were busy or short staffed. Noticed the 93 Sanitation rating Drove down to Chic Filet instead!!! No wait time, great service, and nt from a 93 sanitation score at popeyes to a 99.5 Sanitation Rating

Mango lemonade usually is good , but Today was horrible, they never have 1/4 lb shrimp when ask , "our seafood fryer not working " like what , it's been down forever..

I had a profoundly disappointing experience at this location yesterday. The customer service was subpar. The food was unappetizing. I even discovered a hair in my food, which I believe was intentionally placed there by the employees working on Saturday afternoon. The employees were disrespectful and appeared to deliberately delay my order while I waited in the drive-through line. In my opinion, this location requires a complete overhaul, including new management and staff, to rectify these issues and provide a better experience for customers.

1st found 3 hairs in food showed employee and manager gave me new food

2nd mold and water and mess all around soda machine in customer area and i swear in drink as well thought my eyes were messing with me but saw the same thing in the drain of soda machine that was floating around in the drain that was clogged and over flowing to the floor.

3rd we mustve showed up after a fire or something wrong with fryer the whole building was smoked out on inside

This was my wifes first experience at popeyes and doesnt wanna go back and neither do I.

Floors sticky throughout, bathrooms had NO soap or paper towels AND hand dryer unfunctional. Soda machine overflowing onto floor. Lady at drive through window unbothered by the disgusting state of building, or anything else going on as she was on her phone. HEAVY mayo on sandwich- i have NEVER seen mayo on popeyes sandwich. Guessing by the fact that they didnt have the premium lemonade avaliable, im sure that they gyped me on my fries- evident by the baby sized fry bag. I have NEVER been to a more disgusting place. 93 health code rating on drive through couldn't be further from what mess was going on inside. Not sure how this place is even in business. Will be throwing all food away.

I came in and ordered a meal with a coupon that was $5.99 plus tax. I was told they didn't have change for a 50 dollar bill so I would need to use my debit card if I wanted the meal. I didn't receive a receipt, so when I got my bank statement, I was charged $19.78 for the 5.99 meal. No wonder I didn't get a receipt. I used the bathroom when I left and it was absolutely the nastiest one I have ever been in and I am 72 years old. Without better management this restaurant is going out of business Soon!

Every time I go, which is few and far between, I get the vibe that people hate their job. They’re rude. Always getting the wrong food, no straw, or they don’t have what you want. Every. Single. Time!!
The girl handed me my debt back out the window with no communication and rude attitude.

If I could give a zero star I would. My boyfriend and I ordered online and went to go pick it up. We told the lady that we had an online order at drive thru and she said “pull around” all jumbled so we didn’t understand her so she had to repeat herself a few times. Then when we did pull around she had an attitude towards us and didn’t even tell me that they didn’t have Mountain Dew (which is what I ordered) until I tasted my soda and realized it was Sierra Mist! Then the other girl called me and my boyfriend the N word. We WILL NOT be going back to this location. And I do not recommend this location to others if this is how their employees treat people.

Slow... Had customers honking and cursing each other in the drive thru. A customer ended up having to get out of their car and direct traffic. Good job guys! Yes I wrote this while waiting and I'm still waiting...

This place is just nasty as well. They never clean and don't care about their customers.
