Seriously, no wonder the parking lot is empty. Zero customer service unable to buy a cup of ice water on a 90 degree. Would have gladly ordered something else too, but that in itself turned me off on purchasing. Greedy location.

Had a wonderful time at this Starbucks location. Spent the day putting together a Lego set with my son & we got to enjoy wonderful Vanilla Cold Brew coffees while putting the Lego set together. The place was super clean, the staff was extremely polite & were super fast with their service.

My granddaughter requested an Easter Bunny Frappuccino. They didn't make them at this location, but the staff asked me if I could look up the recipe, and they would be happy to make it. I googled the recipe. They made the Frappuccino, and my granddaughter was so happy, which makes me happy. Thank you 😊

Highly disappointed that I was refused a cup of ice water. Just mere greed on how this is a million dollar business that already over prices coffee. I went up to Sheetz and they gladly let me get a cup of water.

I thought the whole purpose of ordering online was to have your order ready ahead of time? I was directed today, 5mins after receiving notification on my app that my order was ready that my order had not been made yet and to pull up to the speaker box next time so they can know to start it……I’m sorry but doesn’t that defeat the whole reason of using the app? Then after that the frozen drink that was ordered was not fully blended and tasted like nothing but ice chips. I come through here often since it is close to home but the one time I tried to make it a little easier on me today it spiraled. What a bummer. I’ll just drive a few more minutes across town now.

Asking for light ice in a drink here is like asking for extra ice. No matter how many times I’ve requested, still can’t get what I ask for. If you have to ask me if I want the drink remade it’s because you know you messed up. They rather remake the drink a second time wasting ingredients and time rather than doing it right the first time. I’ll stick to the location on 70.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but after the consistent issues I feel this is a proper avenue at this point so people can decide if they want to drive somewhere else. Amber specifically is very rude at the drive thru window. I come here regularly because it’s the closest to my house and, every single time, she ignores you at the window for a while, is generally passive aggressive, and clearly doesn’t enjoy her job anymore. It’s a very obvious and consistent pattern and it’s extremely off-putting. Sometimes there won’t be a single car behind us in the line but she’ll instruct us to pull around and wait (for just a coffee and a croissant?) where she sends someone else out with the order. I used to tip, but obviously don’t anymore due to the lack of positive service, and I think she realized that and has been absolutely worse ever since. I’ve never been rude, and I always have really positive experiences with other staff members. I’ll tip them because they’re nice and aren’t rude for no reason. But I would maybe suggest having generally nice people at the customer-facing roles, especially if they change how they act depending on if you pay extra money to them even though they’re rude to begin with. It really sucks that this is the closest coffee place to us (my spouse has the same experiences there too) and every time I leave I debate just going somewhere else from now on. So customers beware: service depends entirely on who is working at the time.

Came here yesterday, very clean atmosphere and spacious in this Starbucks too. The staff was nice and.friend. their online ordering system was down, but the workers handled it very well! Plus they had some nice Free Samples they had given out!
