9/16/25 I walked in this subway with my mother, I came here about 2 weeks ago, everyone was sweet and nice, I even donated 4$ for a tip!, her husband is always so nice and sweet but her on the other hand she’s truly a rude and evil person, we come in to purchase some subs, I noticed when I asked her for more “pepper” she shook it alittle bit more and then looked at me as if I was “asking for too much” so I asked for more, she then did the same exact thing again, so my mom was like just got home and add more pepper and leave it alone, I also wanted more parmesean but I didn’t even ask because of the attitude she already had previously about the extra pepper, I will NEVER come back to this subway again, the way I was treated tonight about my hard earned money was disgusting! idc if I ask for the whole bottle of pepper on my sub, I’m paying for it! make it how I asked you too, if this is who yall are gonna keep for a boss at that subway you’ll never get any customers, no wonder why it’s always so empty when I came in, even this time it was just me and my mom, boss or not you don’t own subway! if I ask for extra meat or whatever give me what I’m paying for , SIMPLE! very disrespectful and highly disgusting. listen to these reviews yall, I promise their not lying!

NEVER go to this subway, especially if you are trying to use coupons or offers. Tried to use my birthday offer for a free cookie and drink on the app that states “no purchase necessary” and the woman behind the counter very rudely told me that I had to order a sub and that she wasn’t going to scan my phone “just for free items.” All she had to say was that they don’t accept the offer and it would have been fine, not have an attitude and demand that I buy a sub from them. I went the subway I regularly visit and had no problem using my offer.

Terrible service. The lady only put two thin slices of meat on my sandwich. Did not even ask me what kind of cheese I wanted. Worst sandwich I have ever had at a Subway. Very rude people.

I ordered a BMT. Just standing there watching her make it grossed me out. I should have walked out. The place is filthy! After seeing the condition of the tea dispenser with old moldy tea. I was throughly disgusted. Now that I have read the other reviews I am not eating the sandwich! It’s going straight in the trash!

Food looked old. She substituted different meats and tried to pass it off as something different. The store was in disarray and dirty. The lady barely spoke English. Would not recommend. Here’s to hoping we don’t get sick from what looked to be old food. Thank god we didn’t all of it

I work in Food Service. I get it. I received a gift card. The lady was not so smart to understand to put in total of gift card first then charge me the difference. She was more concerned of the fact it didn't go thru Didn't bother to even ask me how much. Anything. I walked right out the idea of me fixing problem for her was the issue. Also lady your line is filthy and you need to throw away those old tomatoes.

Tried to use the coupon that clearly states what cannot be purchased with said coupon and I was told that they could only do a certain couple subs which had never happened at any other subway in the past. The time before that I went there the woman making the food messed up a sub that had marinara on it and it was supposed to be a BMT that definitely doesn’t come with marina Instead of making a new one she tried to wipe the marinara off instead and then was incredibly snappy and rude when I tried to scan my rewards card. I completely understand being understaffed and frustrated and trying to make ends meet but I’m paying full price for these(and it’s not cheap at all mind you) and I was very nice even though that was never reciprocated. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but going back today but I am never going back here again.
Ordered chicken bacon ranch, was supposed to be toasted but there was so much ranch on the sandwich it soaked through the bread making it seem like the bread hadn't even been toasted. What chicken you could actually find on the sandwich under the handfuls of lettuce wasn't strips like you would be expecting but mush almost resembling what you find in a dog food can. The black forest and ham I received was also covered in handfuls of lettuce, there was more lettuce than anything else on the sandwich. It seems like when the customer is in front of you making a sandwich there's more care put into it than when you don't have someone watching, when you are spending 50.00 on 4 sandwiches you expect decent quality whether you are ordering in person or through a delivery service

DONT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. My wife went to get our food and she wanted to use the coupons we got in the mail, and the girl that works there did not seem very happy at the fact she was using a coupon and on top of that was very rude the entire time after she had said that she couldn’t use the coupon but insisted my wife stay and that they could take the coupon when my wife told her she would go somewhere else. Ordered chicken bacon ranch, was supposed to be toasted but there was so much ranch on the sandwich it soaked through the bread making it seem like the bread hadn't even been toasted.
