Very upset. They would not take our coupon. We ended up paying 22.00 and it should have been around 12.00. We live on a fixed income. I am visually impaired and did not see any signs that said no coupons. I have no intentions of buying anything from this establishment again.

Me and my kids came to eat here and one of the employee was sweeping the floor didn’t wash her hands after. And she got mad when we asked her to wash her hands. Then when we where eating they came up to us and yelled at us saying that we use brown paper and clogged the toilet when we only went to the bathroom to wash out hands. We didn’t even use the bathroom and she begin insulting us. the older one was also saying things but in her language. It wasn’t a good service. Never going there again

Got a tray of subs to take to a friend's work place. Five foot long subs each cut into 3 pieces made 15 small. All the trimming plus chips and cookies brought out to my car. Lady was very nice putting them in my car front seat and explaining all. Friend and his employees really enjoyed.

I've always gotten exemplary service here at this location the Indian couple that owns it are very sweet and always smile to me I either get a vegetarian sandwich or grab a dozen cookies to bring to my coworkers oatmeal raising are my favorite they are always soft

Employees did not know what went on subs. Also the female employee came from the restroom area and didn't wash her hands when she went behind the counter, she did put on gloves. The male employee was sitting at a table texting on his phone with his gloves laying on the table when we came in. He got up from the table, picked up his gloves put them on and went behind the counter and proceeded to prepare our subs. Sanitation Grade of 95 on April 27, 2022. Should be a 85!! Do not recommend this place.

So after going inside and placing my order and getting the meats placed on the subs, the older woman who I suppose owns the store, put wrong ingredients on the sub when told exactly what was wanted. Whatever got the subs and left and when returning home with the food I found long dark brown hair on one of the subs. Definitely won't be returning.

My boyfriend went and got us two subs for us when I came home from work. Sitting down and began to eat them, I notice a long dark brown hair on my sub. Thankfully I didn’t bite into it and pulled it from my mouth. Note: we do not have long dark brown hair. Mine is short black and red. He is a long sandy blond hair.

They didn't greet me at all. They had a customer in front of me and when they were done helping the guy they didn't ask if I was ready or not. I did not know if he was ready so we were both just staring at each other awkwardly. I finally just place my ordered and he never spoke to me. The woman put my toppings on for me but placed small amounts. I had to ask for extra 3x and she would just put like 3 or 4 pieces on my sandwich when I wanted a handful. For asking for extra she did that for different ingredients. She kept closing my sandwich even when I wasn't done yet. I just gave up and told her I was done. This was one of the worst subway I have been to and wish I would have read the reviews first.

I went to pick up order today, the app said food was ready, after 15 minutes of waiting for curbside, I went in the store, they were not wearing masks while food prepping. They hadn't even started working on my order. Person was rude to me I told him that I saw 5 people walk in and walk out before I went in. Ended up canceling order and went to a reputable subway that knows what good customer service is. #BoycottSubway
