I don't know who the manager is at this store, but they need to get a handle on they're staff,
The teenagers working in there are very rude, and didn't even barely cut my sub, or my daughter's pizza.

Ordered an oven roasted sub, there was hardly any meat but there was entirely too many red onions with a couple of green pepper slices. Sub was thrown together with the onions falling out all over the wrapping. I ordered a turkey sub, not a red onion sub. Will not be ordering from this store again.

They don't do tortilla spinach base or tomato base wraps they use flatbread not crazy about that but it's was good

I'm not going to say anything bad about the service. But as far as Subway and being skimpy all you have to do is look at this pepperoni and cheese dipper ($3.00) kind of expensive since it's like one piece of pepperoni and a splash of cheese and it was cold.
I showed up at 8:53 & there we're closed.
NASTIEST PLACE I have ever worked at. They don’t rewash their bread pans at all so who knows what germs you’re getting with any bread you choose. The lettuce and tomatoes were usually heavily discolored during the day at all of my shifts. I even had a nice customer point it out for me and I couldn’t even tell him he was wrong. The knives that they use to cut your sandwich in half, they get rinsed around in dirty dishwater every time they’re dirty and put back out to serve. There would be times that I was cutting sandwiches with knives that had re used sauce from before the last “cleaning”. Other than that, they are extremely disorganized and rude towards customers. Don’t go here if you want quality food or customer service.

Take out, when you go in to place your order they will stop waiting on customers already in the restaurant to take online orders and fill them first. Customers inside the restaurant should always be first priority.

Placed order for two subs online. Simple instructions and nothing fancy on the sandwiches. Ordered a turkey with mayo, mustard, lettuce, onion, pickles, oil/vinegar. Got home to chopped up bits of turkey drowned in mayo and mustard—-nothing else. Paying attention to simple instructions goes a long way. Probably my last visit.

Ronnie has the worst customer service ever like it doesn't even exist. He's rude. He doesn't know how to smile. Everybody else is fine. I need their at least once or twice a week. Good very fast. Ronnie just has zero personality. And comes off as brash and arrogant. I specifically go to the subway because it's like a less than an eighth of a mile from my house but guess I'm going to have to start going to the other one on 127

Placed an online order for my grandparents and me to eat for Sunday lunch. Everyone’s order was wrong besides my grandpas and quite frankly his could’ve been wrong too but he eats anything in front of him with no complaints (?)My 6” sub didn’t have cheese- I’m pregnant and that ruined my day (if you know you know!!!) also got a small pizza with cheese and pepperoni (you have to pay extra for pepperoni) but guess what wasn’t on my pizza! PEPPERONI. & it was cold.My grandmas order was wrong, ordered the sweet onion teriyaki 12” and tell me why she had a plain chicken sub with no SAUCE. That’s an up-charged sub for not being basic, and we paid the extra for NO REASON.Called to ask what can be done about it, or to Atleast get decent customer service and the employee basically said she can’t believe what I’m saying is true because I am not bringing my subs and pizza back up to them to see for themselves, I am not driving 15 minutes one way and 15 back when it should’ve been done right the first time. Just because someone isn’t in front of you to watch your every move and make sure you do YOUR JOB right doesn’t mean you should slack off and do a poor job. Integrity; doing the right thing even when no one else is looking. They should hire more people who have that quality.Also should work on customer service for all employees. Not impressed and not sure that I will be going back to this location for the foreseeable future.

03/02/24 6:30pm. Today I asked for an order and I was served by a young woman, who needs a little education, it seems that she has never known the word thank you, her facial expression was like one of disgust, otherwise everything was pleasant, I told her thank you and just He frowned his face.

Tried to order and the person with the grey beard tried pushing a version of the desired sandwich and would not let it go after being told that we didn't want it. Situation turned into a verbal altercation and an unsatisfactory product. I will not be going back.

Walked in with one person in front of me and three employees behind the counter. All three employees ignored myself and the other gentleman for at least 5 minutes. No welcome to subway or anything they didn’t even look up and acknowledge that we were there. Sucks last resort treats their customers better than this place. If I could give them a 0 I would.
