Our sip and chat met there for the first time. We were welcomed by the staff and were not given a time limit on our stay. All of our beverages were wonderful. It’s a great location and beautifully decorated . I must add to my review that the past 3 weeks the temperature in the coffee shop has been 80 degrees!!! When we asked the staff about making cooler they said it was set by management. We have email their web site and via facebook and received no response.

The barista that I was used to seeing apparently no longer works there and I was extremely disappointed to here that. I think her name was Madi or something like that but she always provided exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Big mistake in my opinion. However, Chloe gave me great customer service. I was being indecisive for which coffee I wanted to order but she directed me to “let her work her magic” and she certainly did! She made the best coffee beverage I’ve ever had!

I want to give this place another shot and try other things but the Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá) needs some work, both mine and my fiances were too watery, not strong enough, full of grounds, and it tasted like it was made with regular milk instead of sweetened condensed. I'm interested in the Green Tea Frappe, it sounds good, and I'd like to try some other coffee based drinks as well. I hope the owners can commune with their staff on how to properly make Viet Iced Coffee because it's such a rare find in this area and we'd really like to have a go to place for it.
All that said, the employees were incredibly nice and very accommodating. The environment inside is really clean and welcoming too, saw a lot of people reading/working so probably not the best place for young kids

The coffee is good, the service was a bit slow but not too bad, my main complaint was that one of the (male) associates has like 4 earrings and a giant nose ring, and was wearing a fish net shirt. It's weird. He can do what he wants on his own time but you shouldn't let him dress like that for work.

The piano instructor for my grandson had their piano recital at this coffee shop, which was quite the place. Love the atmosphere. Grand piano great food who would’ve thought of having a piano recital at a coffee shop, but I like it. I wanna go there even when there’s not a piano recital now. Someone had a good marketing idea.

Chloe was the best during my recent visit. now days it is extremely hard to find a young person who knows and cares about customer service the way she does. Chloe always gives 100% attention to each customer, one at a time while it is your turn. She wants you to love your experience with her each time. Your company should make her a “Trainer” of your other associates. You not want to lose her. She needs a raise too.

I've been coming here with my wife since 2022 when they opened. It's our favorite local coffee shop. The atmosphere is comforting and laid back, making it the ideal place to read or study. And the paradise iced latte is a signature staple! It's like a coffee cocktail. There's a variety of espressos and beverages. Feel free to tell them what you like and make your own how you want it. I love the paradise iced latte with the timeless espresso. It contains brown sugar and lavender syrups topped with purple ube cold foam. The sweet melody makes for a good snack too.
