I went Sunday it was extremely busy and hectic but the baristas autumn and max did an amazing job the drinks I order were amazing and they were very nice considering how busy it was!! Will go again just for the baristas!!

I really love this coffee shop, they have an amazing tea selection for both caffeine and non caffeine options that I appreciate. My husband also loves their pumpkin gluten free muffins.
The only reason I took off one star is because unless it is a sunny day, the lighting in there is really dim and hard to work for very long in that condition. And I do end up needing to wait a long time to go to the bathroom because the employees seem to use the restroom as a phone break. Overall, it's a great coffee shop to come work for a bit and enjoy some quality tea!

Best Barista … Alicia! Ask her and trust her judgement. That latte in the pic? Tasted like the best French toast. AWESOMENESS! Alicia is a machine managing front of the house. Always a pleasure to see her. Waterbean is a great place to meet friends, sit outside and just chill. Good and reasonable good options too. I am there at least once a week. And… I enjoy going to all there locations in NC.

Nice coffee shop. Large open layout to store. Various coffees and teas served. Good Frape. Even maintained its coffee flavor along with the caramel flavor. Comfortable seating. Large table at back, could be used for gaming. Piano up front with soft couch and chair. 1 chair needs some TLC though. Someone carelessly spilled on it and it has not been properly cleaned. It does detract from the ambiance of the complete set up. Did not try the food this time, but it looked delicious. Coffee is excellent. Overall, an enjoyable visit.

Keep it simple to go. They really did keep it simple they didn't even put the cream cheese on the bagel so now I'm not eating my keep it simple in my car to go because I have to actually make it myself and the whole point of making a to go order was so that I could eat it on the go. I will stick with the 127 location in Viewmont. It's much better. It started out with an iced latte with one shot of espresso and 2% milk which she repeated back an extra shot of espresso with oat milk. I should have known.

Our sip and chat met there for the first time. We were welcomed by the staff and were not given a time limit on our stay. All of our beverages were wonderful. It’s a great location and beautifully decorated . I must add to my review that the past 3 weeks the temperature in the coffee shop has been 80 degrees!!! When we asked the staff about making cooler they said it was set by management. We have email their web site and via facebook and received no response.
The barista that I was used to seeing apparently no longer works there and I was extremely disappointed to here that. I think her name was Madi or something like that but she always provided exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Big mistake in my opinion. However, Chloe gave me great customer service. I was being indecisive for which coffee I wanted to order but she directed me to “let her work her magic” and she certainly did! She made the best coffee beverage I’ve ever had!

I want to give this place another shot and try other things but the Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá) needs some work, both mine and my fiances were too watery, not strong enough, full of grounds, and it tasted like it was made with regular milk instead of sweetened condensed. I'm interested in the Green Tea Frappe, it sounds good, and I'd like to try some other coffee based drinks as well. I hope the owners can commune with their staff on how to properly make Viet Iced Coffee because it's such a rare find in this area and we'd really like to have a go to place for it.
All that said, the employees were incredibly nice and very accommodating. The environment inside is really clean and welcoming too, saw a lot of people reading/working so probably not the best place for young kids

The coffee is good, the service was a bit slow but not too bad, my main complaint was that one of the (male) associates has like 4 earrings and a giant nose ring, and was wearing a fish net shirt. It's weird. He can do what he wants on his own time but you shouldn't let him dress like that for work.

The piano instructor for my grandson had their piano recital at this coffee shop, which was quite the place. Love the atmosphere. Grand piano great food who would’ve thought of having a piano recital at a coffee shop, but I like it. I wanna go there even when there’s not a piano recital now. Someone had a good marketing idea.
