As someone with celiac disease (severe food allergy to gluten), finding a caterer that we could trust to handle everything separately and safely was important to us. Above & Beyond Catering lived up to their name - they went above and beyond to make sure our entire menu was gluten-free to make sure I (the bride) was safe on my day. Above and Beyond catered our Christmas dinner at Jockey International in Davie County. They are such nice people and the food was beautifully served. Turkey was delicious. Three different kinds of cakes - they were very delicious. Recommend them highly
