this place closed but it was really really good. probably has the best management in high point and best mediterrenean food in NC.

I went by this place today after being on the road all day. This place is completely shutdown. There was no electricity, no tables, nothing! I hate that I drove all the way there for nothing.

First time for a review and unfortunately not a good one...I placed an order online at approx. 7:00pm...although the wait seemed long, 60-70mins, it was what I was craving being almost 8 months pregnant. I decided to order in as this was my last work travel week and being too tired to go out this place had decent reviews and food looked yummy. Well, come 8:19pm my order had not come...checked the restaurant info and they closed at 8:00pm. I called the restaurant, no answer and actually got an automatic hang-up. Called GrubHub at 8:30pm, they were also unsuccessful in reaching the restaurant so they cancelled my order and kindly provided me with a voucher for my next order...but now 9:00pm, no food, tired and pregnant belly is grumbling...ugh! Definitely won't be a patron of this restaurant...they don't even have the respect to call and cancel themselves if too busy.

I very rarely give one star reviews. But, I had to review this place. I paid $55 for 3 regular dinners and two kids meals. This was a to-go order so no drinks. The amount of meat that they give with their platters is laughable. On top of that I ordered a gyro platter and received just gyro meat that was dried out french fries which were not tasty and cut up lettuce and tomato. Needless to say not worth the money at all when you can go to other areas and get a real gyro platter. The beef shawarma was nasty beyond words. I have tried this place before and it wasn't too good probably about a year ago or so but I thought it was Under New Management and it may be. But, save your money it's not worth the time

Hmm so I came in today at 7:40 restaurant closes at 8:30 so I went in their for lamb shank they were out of it the. Decided ok will have something else then asked for hummus and they were out of it too didn't had dinner there disappointed very disappointed

I was in the mood for some Mediterranean and i did a google search and this place came up close to my house. I didn't know it existed. They have a website where you can order from and pick up. I decided to do that. Ordered some appetizers and chicken shawarma with rice. The Menufy website said the food would be ready in 20-35 minutes. I decided to plan my trip so I would arrive at the 35 minute mark so I wouldn't have to wait. When i arrived, there was only one couple in there eating. I went to the counter and they never received my order. They then looked on the computer and found it. They started to scramble and asked me to give them five minutes. I sat at the table and waited. I think the couple was on a first date as I could hear every word of their conversation. The restaurant is sparsely decorated with little charm or ambiance. Eleven minutes later my order was ready. My order was rung up, but I was offered no discount. So I asked. I was given one of the appetizers for free. I got the order home and the entree was very good. The hummus was also good, they give you like a pint of it with some pita bread. The falafel was also satisfactory, but the grape leaves were cold. I mean right out of the refrigerator cold. I think it was an oversight as I had never had them this way before. I think it will be a while before I try them again.

If I could give a no star I would. I am very unhappy. This was my husband's and my first time here. I had stopped in one day before and the guy behind the counter was very friendly when I asked for a menu and I told him would come back. Well how I wished I had not come back. There was only 2 men in the place, never greeted us as we stood at the counter trying to fugue out what we wanted to order. I ordered the lamb shank with sauce my husband ordered the fried fish. We sat ourselves I had to return to the counter to get cups for our drinks. There was no eating utensils. We sat for about 1/2 hr before he brought out the supposedly salad on a 2í—2inch square plate bowl and no flavor dressing in another. The food finally came out, oh did I fail to mention my cup with no straw smelled like straight up bleach ( I exchanged for a can drink) needed to ask for a straw this time. Both of our plates were filled with a yellow rice , no problem he has a piece of broiled/ grilled fish not fried like he ordered, I had a nice piece of lamb shank..... completely no sauce Let's just say SERIOUSLY there was no flavor to either one of our plates. We paid for our food when we ordered so we didnt bother asking for our money back. I told my husband I could take my food home and dr my food because it cost me $14. Got a to go tray. St the food in the car and went to get dessert sonewhere else..... when we gor info the car it sneaked rotten.... the smell was muy food. I just, when I got home threw it in the trash......OUTSIDE......
