Not a big fan of this place but the food is ok but nothing that great. A place to run into if you’ve got a case of the munchies

We used to eat there every week. Came back in town and was looking forward to eating there today. It was a HORRIBLE experience. Staff were slow and had no customer service skills - and could not have cared less. Only time they exerted much energy was to flirt and look at phones. There was no salsa and a majority of toppings were not available. Some drinks were out and tea was horrible. The place was a pigsty - not just tables where people had eaten but trash coming out of bins and stuff on floors. If you do not have decent staff and good items you advertise just shut the doors. A total waste of my time and money - so sad!

Went to Barberitos for lunch and spent right at $15 for my food. The entree container was barely half way full, the salsa cup not even half way full, and hardly any chips. Quite honestly not very happy with the portion sizes. I paid for a meal, not a snack.

Ordered on line. We built orders for burrito bowl and a burrito. It was a fast turn around and the food was delicious. The downside was the food lacked many of the items we requested. Hard to know how to mend an order when you start eating it.

I had a great lunch today. The manager and staff are all so friendly and really know how to take care of their customers. Thank you for excellent service and great food.

After going thru the line, we go to the drink machines to find a couple waiting. They told us there was no ice in the machine. We told the lady at the check out and she yelled “Well, that’s just great!” We waited for several minutes and no one ever filled the ice, so we went outside and sat at a table. Outside table was absolutely filthy! Luckily, we had our own disinfecting wipes. We used FOUR of them and they were black after we wiped the table. There were about 20 cigarette butts, a used mask, several plastic utensils and yard debris inside the outside eating area. It was beyond obvious that this area had not been cleaned in quite some time. In this age of COVID, many people feel more comfortable eating outside in clean surroundings! This particular restaurant supports the local university, as they wear their T-shirts. What a terrible image they were giving today!

I came last week with two small grandchildren in tow. Between figuring out what to order for them and they’re running around the place, I was a bit overwhelmed. The manager took over - he chatted with the kids (who, with their parents, are regulars) and with me. He brought our meals to the table. He helped my grandson at the salsa bar and brought the salsa to the table. I’ve been here a number of times, and am always impressed with the staff and their service. Oh, and the food is great! Always fresh, tasty and nicely prepared. I am grateful for the help on Sunday and look forward to my next visit!

We visited here while visiting High Point University. Very fun atmosphere. Food is very fresh and of good quality. Dining in they give you chips and salsa to take to the table. It is a order and find a seat kind of place. Very busy on Saturday afternoon, but was easy to find a table. Would definitely return.

One of our favorite southwestern fast food restaurants. The service is very good and the food items are always fresh. We usually get the burritos.
Fresh ingredients freshly made by happy people. Puts the big chain place in town to shame. Chips are outstanding especialy when warm. Highly recommend this place.
