This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. They almost refuse to talk to the customers at the register and the food was old. Corporate sent me gift cards for standing in the lobby for 20 minutes and never being served. When I went back to spend those gift cards I stood in the lobby for another Ten and then got an attitude from the manager when I asked her if she was planning on helping me. The people in there only work on the drive thru and expect walk in customers to do all the work themselves. I will never go back there as long as they are under the same management.

Very friendly staff, but I'm disappointed in the food. It's not the staff's fault though, because I believe they cook it the way Bojangles tells them too. It just wasn't very good. And not worth the price either. We got two of these for almost 18 bucks

Gray hair lady very rude and disrespectful. Food was cold. Noticed when other people went up the customers were a bother to her. Gave rice instead of fries and drink was wrong. Never going back to this bojangles.
Food was cooked perfectly today! Fresh fries and chicken strips. And the biscuits at this location are always the best.

My friend and I went here a little before 9pm on 8/20/24. We decided to dine in. There was one person inside waiting. When the girl working the front saw us she asked another employee (with an annoyed tone) what time it was and said she was going to lock the door early.
That made us both feel very unwanted there. So, by the time she came up to the counter to take our order, because both order points that customers can use had out of order signs on then though they looked like they worked. But, by then I told her "with that attitude, no, bye" and we left.
We went to Pantry Fried Chicken instead and it was good! We will not be returning to this Bojangles and from looking at other comments, seems that something needs to be done.
It also says alot when the owner only replies to the good reviews.......totally looks bad on them, makes it look like they don't care about the issues and thus doesn't care to fix them....what a shame!

I came up thru drive thru, the associate was very rude arguing with the manager. The manager didn't make anything better. Also the associate was cursing in the drive thru window and at the manager. Very unprofessional. Arguing about people going on break and they just got there smh terrible service. These associates need to be trained better.

Drive thru was kinda fast, cashier did not greet me, did not look at me when handing my order. Did not say thank you. Another cashier was on her phone in food area. Fries were luke warm chicken biscuit was hard. Asked for honey. There was none in the bag. It had been several months since my last visit. Now I remember why.
