Called in about an issue w my mother’s food Al was very hospitable!!! Offered a refund and to replace the meal! Whatever y’all do just don’t lose him, and give him a raise! The only reason I will return back to this location & the short light skinned guy w loccs at the register was awesome! Great job’

I was the 2nd car in the drive thru OR so I thought. I pull up to pay, only to realize there is 6 cars already waiting on food. All workers are standing around and looked as if only 1 was working. No manager in sight. I get my food and when I go to eat my BoRounds they were HARD! It was like they were petrified. They were so hard, I fed them to my dogs. I was disappointed.

Placed an order through the app, I put curbside, and called the store to let them know I was there, spoke to a guy who’s name was jordan I believe, he told me “Oh, no you have to come inside and get it”. So I sent my husband to go get it, they told him they didn’t have any order under “Naomi”, I had to go inside, and they were all standing around laughing about it. If you don’t offer curbside, put it somewhere on the website.

A hot,fresh chicken fillet biscuit combo with decaf ☕.Just what I wanted this morning.
How time changes things!! We have praised them for the food! Now from the old greasy , cold chicken reheated from yesterday to the 1 1/2" tall tough biscuits. It's not "BO" we know. Was asked about our experience over 3 weeks ago. Expressed our concerns ,obviously they don't care. Good luck! You'll need it !!!! Mike (A retired chef of 45 years)

I don’t come here often but the few time that I have I’ve always had a pleasant experience. There is this one lady name Angel that is extremely kind and polite.
Only one in the restaurant and could not get acknowledged say anything about actually ordering I left the drive-thru because it was long and when I came back out they had not moved. the people in there did not care about anybody but themselves as they walked around and filled their drink

Granting this location a single star feels like a charitable gesture. During my morning stop at Bojangles, a straightforward order of two biscuits and coffee turned into a 45-minute ordeal. A seemingly inept "ghetto" team of over 15 employees, behaving as if it were their first day on the job, attempted to finish orders. Amidst the chaos, I observed unprofessional conduct from the cook, who emerged from the backroom, using his forearm to wipe snot and mouth, casually inquiring about the next order. The only aspect of my visit that seemed remotely safe for consumption was the coffee. It's evident that a complete overhaul of staff is necessary, with proper training for a new team urgently required. I would highly suggest the Chick-Fil-A across the street.

Literally the worst and laziest staff I’ve ever encountered. I’m a DoorDash driver I’m on a time crunch as are they being a fast food company. On DoorDash we can pick up orders in drive thru after 2pm. Immediately some lady yelled over an employee yelling we need to go in. When I went inside no one helped until some man asked if I was helped and I said I have DoorDash— immediately the loud lady with the long black braids yelled “I ain’t tryin to work on that” and ignored the poor guy and than everyone proceeded to ignore me until my time frame to deliver was missed costing me my % to decrease. Finally someone acknowledged me and said “they out of mac n cheese” and wanted me to finally wait when they felt like getting around to it. I unassigned and said HECK NO. Worst store.
