They have a bad attitude and there drive thru takes forever they make you pull to the side of the building and wait 30 minutes for a biscuit

Food is okay, but the order accuracy and the customer service is, for lack of a better word, trash.Order a chicken biscuit two sausage biscuits, drive all the way home. Normally I check my food as you always should, but this time I forgot.Chicken biscuit was fine, sausage both had an egg on it for whatever reason some people like to make the orders harder than they actually have to be by literally adding more ingredients in the customer requested.Have to drive back, waste 40 minutes of my time, get to the register have to wait two and a half minutes while some Chick takes her time getting up from her table where I assume she's eating on the clock, phone in hand, got to be sure we don't miss a text while we're helping the customer, right?I tell her my issue, no response she looks behind her tells the girl to get her two biscuits and I'm handed my food.No apologies, nothing to make up for my waste of 45 minutes.Unfortunately that's a common occurrence around this location.

I didn't end up ordering anything actually. The restaurant didn't look clean really, what I saw being prepared didn't look appetizing, and the customer service was nonexistent. I stood in line for a while trying to place an order, but was never greeted or anything. I would not visit this location ??

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I've been there twice and both times the biscuits are Burnt. I could see one or two being burnt but every biscuit I got was.

I love this bojangles they are always fast and quick. Today I ordered a family 8pc box and asked for hot sauce. They only gave 5 packs. Obviously 5 packs is NOT enough for an 8 pc chicken family meal. I then asked for more they stated “that’s all that we can give out”. I would think they’d give out AT LEAST a handful for such a big order….

I called to have my company’s thanksgiving breakfast (for 15ppl mind you) made here, I called at 8:30am for food to be done and picked up at 9:30am. I get there a few mins after 9:30am my food was not ready, I had to get my own coffee and drinks, my biscuits were missing some things when I got back to the company, and this was after my boss man had spent 130.00 and this was the service I got ? never ever again! People please take your business else where because these people do not care about you, or the money you spend.

I always try to go to this bojangles bc it's on my way to work and I usually leave without any food. Today was no different. Walked in to a few people who had already ordered waiting on their food. No one in line. I waited 5 min and no one ever took my order so I left empty handed like I usually do. I've tried to reach the gm to no avail. This has happened no less than 20 times. Never very busy. Horrendous customer service and management.

Seen videos of this place from workers zero stars workers and management is bad 11-10-23 morning when someone ask for fresh that's what they want. Then give you a time an then it's way more than they tell you. They need to be retrained.

Chicken tenders not supposed to come with buisquet and the chicken tenders should be a bigger size not a tiny size . Usually whenever you order something like this,this restaurant don't have ready what you order and because of that you have to wait for a long time. Better look for a better

Normally their food is ok I guess it depends on who’s cooking it, I just left there and purchased a sausage biscuit and bo rounds, my daughter always tell me to check my food before leaving, this time I didn’t so when I got home the bo rounds were greasy I could literally see the grease when I squeeze it and the biscuit was greasy as well. So there go breakfast because unlike some I can’t eat greasy food so I guess I’ll be preparing my food at home
