I didn't end up ordering anything actually. The restaurant didn't look clean really, what I saw being prepared didn't look appetizing, and the customer service was nonexistent. I stood in line for a while trying to place an order, but was never greeted or anything. I would not visit this location ??
I love this bojangles they are always fast and quick. Today I ordered a family 8pc box and asked for hot sauce. They only gave 5 packs. Obviously 5 packs is NOT enough for an 8 pc chicken family meal. I then asked for more they stated “that’s all that we can give out”. I would think they’d give out AT LEAST a handful for such a big order….

Food is okay, but the order accuracy and the customer service is, for lack of a better word, trash.Order a chicken biscuit two sausage biscuits, drive all the way home.
