Had an amazing experience and service here today, Mr Tony came through and made my order right.
The chicken was extremely greasy, lots of grease in the bottom of the bucket,
Returned to this location after three years to evaluate its consistency. While the building remains in decent order, the overall operational execution across the board still needs significant improvement, averaging out to a 3-star experience.
The food quality missed the mark on timing. While the chicken was fully cooked, the skin was notably overdone and far too hard. It wasn't completely inedible, but it certainly lacked the fresh, proper texture that KFC is known for.
