It didn't take long to see why I hadn't been there in years! The biscuit was super hard! The French fries were bland and barely warm! The breast was small & very greasy, bland, and dry! I left most of it on the plate! The tea was overly sweet!! The workers spent most of our visit talking to each other & dancing to loud music in the back! Very unprofessional!!I was highly disappointed!

Walked in and was ignored like I was invincible. They even helped someone who came in after me before acknowledging me. Floors have puddles so you are damn near guaranteed to fall. The cashier automatically up charged me for large drinks and didn't give a receipt. Then proceeded to complain to another coworker that they weren't answering phones or anything if they got busy because there were only 2 people working the front.

I went this location today, and I was very disappointed when I received my order. I ordered some livers and got a few pieces of broken crumbs in a clamshell box for $7 dollars. Now I see why the customer's are not knocking down the doors there . The bathroom was horrible ? there was poop on the toilet, which means all those women there with the manager included no one took the time to clean. Which tells you ? they are very nasty people. I will not be back

So, I can't tell you which of your employees has zero customer relations skills and needs to be working the fryers. 3.19 for a half full side of coleslaw. Now I know why this location was dead.
