We were in the Chili’s on 3/25/23 and the seat in our booth was ripped and rough feeling on the legs. The The game/pay machine on the table was so nasty, food all over the screen and holder. My drink had to be replaced because of plastic floating around in it. I ordered a steak with NO Garlic butter, since I am allergic to Garlic and it was brought to me with a big glob is the Garlic Butter on it. Could not it. the presidential margaritas are amazing. The food was great as always. I tell you, I wish I could eat 5 of them street corn lol. our server was one of the best I've had in a long time. very friendly, kept our drinks up and anything else we needed. she's definitely head waitress material if not Mgr.
My wife and I go every week and we always ask for Bobbie to take care of us. A lot of times she is very busy but she always finds time to make sure we always have everything we need. She is very attentive and is one of the reasons we keep going back.
