Waited a bit for seating ever though there were plenty of empty seats. I can only assume short staffed. That was fine. Our waitress was nice but not very attentive. I asked for the tomatoes in my salad to be put on the side.. they were all over the salad..we added jalapeños to the fajitas and they were missed also…I used to be a waitress and the first thing I’m checking is to make sure my tables order is as it was ordered. She didn’t notice..she also didn’t notice the steak was very pink…who asked for rare??? Do you just serve people rare steak without asking? Refills were few and far in between but it didn’t cause a major issue. The bacon cheese fries were good however, they were a bunch of small end pieces that made up the order. We always go to chilis in high point but this time we wanted to venture off and we wished we hadn't. I had two coupons one for a free app and one for free chips and salsa. I asked her to bill the chips separately so I could use both..as I do in High Point..she absolutely refused..Totally different experience all together. I reduced the tip for that reason alone bc you gave it zero effort. I didn’t want to tip but the old waitress in me couldn’t do it but we won’t return.spent 109.00!! ?ohh and they forgot the salads we had to ask for them and then they just brought out one……….

Took our daughter out to dinner for her birthday all she wanted was cheese fries specifically from chilis … well Waitress got our drink order and appetizer order quickly but we received our appetizer and it was wrong and the fries were way over salted and burnt, all this time i watched our waitress deliver food and drinks to other tables as we sat there with appetizers and no drinks. We then decided after 30 mins of waiting we were leaving when i asked to pay for the apps they tried to slip the drinks into the bill when i explained to the lady i wasn’t paying for drinks we never received..

Just moved in and wanted to make dinner easy. Ordered the ultimate smokehouse combo ? thanks for the rock hard “quesadilla” crackers (?) and all the missing ranch and ketchup for the fries and chicken crispers (too late to go buy them myself now too) ?
My husband and I visited this Chilli's in High Point,N.C. and I'm so glad I always inspect my food before eating. There was a long piece of hair in my salad and I almost gagged. This was our first visit and I'm not sure how this place usually is. But it was our first and last visit there. It should be mandatory that hair nets and gloves are worn at all times. Finding anything in your food is just nasty. We hardly eat out anyways but this situation really made us not want to eat out even more. Please do better Chilli's!!!!!!

Food was great, even when I picked it up and got it home it was still hot and tasty. When I've dined in at this location the servers are always attentive and courteous. The food was exactly what I ordered. They offer small servings of ranch dressing that's free and not an extra .50¢ like 99% of other establishments do these days, even if its for a takeout order. I always gave a good experience when I eat here.
