Food was great, even when I picked it up and got it home it was still hot and tasty. When I've dined in at this location the servers are always attentive and courteous. The food was exactly what I ordered. They offer small servings of ranch dressing that's free and not an extra .50¢ like 99% of other establishments do these days, even if its for a takeout order. I always gave a good experience when I eat here.
Haven't been to Chili's in about 5 years, decided to go back last weekend as we always remembered the food to be good. Experience was mediocre at best. Ordered appetizers and entrees, they brought the entrees literally 3 minutes after serving the appetizers, so I had to set my appetizers aside and eat the expensive steak I ordered before it got cold.
